- 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 또는 페라이트계 스테인레스에서 선택된 1종의 스테인레스판의 습식밀봉부에 알루미늄을 코팅하는 단계,상기 알루미늄이 코팅된 스테인레스판을 840~880℃의 온도에서 10-4torr이하의 진공분위기로 열처리하여 상기 알루미늄 코팅층이 AlFe단상이 되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 용융탄산염 연료전지용 분리판의 열처리방법.
- 양전극(10)과 음전극(20)의 사이에 개재되는 전해질판(30)과,상기 양전극과 음전극에 면접하여 전극에서 생성된 전하를 포집하는 집전판(40)과 이 집전판에 밀착하여 단위전지를 분리하는 분리판(50)으로 구성되는 연료전지(100)에 있어서,상기 분리판(50)은 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 또는 페라이트계 스테인레스에서 선택된 1종의 스테인레스 재질로 습식밀봉부가 알루미늄 코팅층으로 형성되고, 이 알루미늄 코팅층은 AlFe단상임을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지.
