Table 1 shows the results of measuring the afterglow luminance of the example.
표 1.Table 1.
As can be seen from the above results, the photoluminescent light emitting sheet prepared by Comparative Example 1 has a problem in that it is difficult to use for a long time because the coating surface is not smooth and easily contaminated, and the afterglow luminance is significantly lowered over time.
In Example 1 according to the present invention, since the uneven part of the coating surface disappears, contamination does not occur even if used for a long time, and it is understood that luminance is excellent after elapse of time, and Example 2 performs afterglow luminance over time. Although lower than Example 2, since the substrate is used as a substrate, there is an advantage that can be applied to a variety of products that do not use a plastic resin as a substrate to emit light.
In the above, the present invention has been illustrated and described with respect to certain preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited only to the above-described embodiments, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can vary as many without departing from the spirit of the technical idea of the present invention described in the claims below. Modifications may be made.
As described above, the photoluminescent light emitting sheet according to the present invention is dispersed and mixed with the photoluminescent emitter in a binder and applied to the upper surface of the substrate layer one or more times, and coated with a transparent binder on the upper surface of the solar light or artificial lighting. It emits light when it is irradiated, absorbed and accumulated, and emits light when the light is removed. The particles of the photoluminescent emitter according to the present invention have extremely low density at the coating surface, and afterglow due to diffuse reflection of each other in the coating surface. Not only is it excellent in brightness, it is also effective for long afterglow time.
As described above, the condensed light emitting sheet according to the present invention can be used outdoors, and it is non-toxic and does not contain any radioactive material, and its safety is ensured, so that it can be effectively used in industrial safety facilities to prevent safety accidents, stationery, fancy, various It is a useful invention that can be applied to a wide range of interior and safety signs of ships and roads.
