Description

Automatic hammering system

The present invention relates to an automatic hammering system for a filter housing for separating foreign matter caught in a filter of a filter system.

The Filter System has been developed and commercialized for a long time, and the Back Washing System, which automates the cleaning of the filter and enables cleaning during operation, has been available for a long time.

However, as the use of the filter is diversified and the size of the foreign matter that needs to be filtered becomes smaller, the size of the filter element becomes smaller. Therefore, as the frequency of the plugging of the filter and the frequency of back washing become more frequent, Backwashing is often not enough to accelerate leaks and remove debris from the fine filter elements.

Until now, in order to remove foreign substances, the impact is applied to the filter housing by using an electric tool, an impact tool, or a hammer, but it causes deformation of the filter housing, and it is difficult to expect a proper effect because the timing of the impact is not correct.

An object of the present invention is to apply a physical shock wave to the filter housing during the back wash to solve the above disadvantages to form a physical shock wave to improve the cleaning efficiency and to cause the filter to vibrate to easily remove the foreign matter trapped in the filter The ultimate goal is to provide an automatic hammering system that reduces the likelihood of leakage due to wear by reducing the number of actuations of the drive area of the filter system by inducing a stable flow increase.

In the automatic hammering system of the present invention, the ball valve for the filtering flow and the ball washing flow are positioned at the upper part of the filter housing, and the ball valve for the filtering flow and the ball valve for the back washing flow are positioned at the bottom of the filter housing. Is composed of air knocker, timer and solenoid valve. The clamp is welded to the air knocker to vibrate the filter housing. The control panel senses the specified pressure and closes the ball valve for filtering flow when the backwashing signal is generated. Simultaneously operating the solenoid by opening a ball valve to impact the filter housing by an air knocker to separate foreign matter attached to the outside of the filter by the backwashing flow and send it to the waste tank through the backwash outlet.

The present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows the filtering service flow of the automatic hammering system of the present invention, in which a ball valve 1 for filtering flow and a ball valve 2 for backwashing flow are located at the top centering on two filter housings 7. And the ball valve 11 for filtering flow and the ball valve 12 for backwashing flow are located in the lower part.

The filtering service flow takes place with the ball valves (1) and (11) open and with the ball valves (2) and (12) closed, and the service flow enters the lower ball valve (11) into the filter housing (7). It enters and the service flow out through the filter 8 through the upper ball valve (1). At this time, foreign matter in the service flow is accumulated on the outer surface of the filter (8).

2 shows a backwashing flow of the automatic hammering system of the present invention, the backwashing flow being achieved with the ball valves 2 and 12 open and the ball valves 1 and 11 closed and The back washing flow enters the ball valve 2 into the filter 8 and passes through the filter housing 7 through the lower ball valve 12 to exit the back washing flow. At this time, the foreign matter accumulated in the filter 8 is discharged to the waste tank by the back washing flow.

Ball valves (1) and (11) receive signals from the control panel (10) and are opened and closed by the working air through an actuator with a solenoid valve.

The ball valves 2 and 12 receive a signal from the control panel 10 and are provided with a solenoid valve for backwashing the operating air supplied through the regulator 9 and the lubricator 13. It is actuated through the actuator to open and close.

Automatic hammering consists of an air knocker (3), a timer (6) and a solenoid valve (5). The important thing is to determine the impact amount of the air knocker according to the filter housing size and the filter size. Depending on how many hammerings are required, a timer (6) with sufficient variable width should be selected to specify the operating cycle.

The air knocker 3 is used as an automatic hammer which can be used even in an explosion-proof area.

The timer 6 should be able to control the opening and closing of the air knocker operation solenoid valve 5 as many times as necessary by receiving the backwashing signal from the control panel 10.

The open / close signal of the solenoid valve 5 must be received from the control panel 10 so that the air knocker 3 is operated at the same time as the back washing.

It can be used branched from the solenoid valves of the ball valves 2 and 12 without receiving a signal from the control panel 10, but may be impossible depending on the air demand of the actuator and may not be possible to operate the ball valves 2 and 12. It should be avoided as it may adversely affect it.

If the clamp 4 is directly impacted on the filter housing 7 with the air knocker 3, the filter housing 7 is damaged. Therefore, the clamp 4 must be installed and the air knocker 3 is welded to the clamp 4. The filter housing 7 must be protected by dispersing the impact.

The solenoid valve 5 should receive a back wash signal from the control panel 10 so that the air knocker is operated at the same time as the back wash.

The filter housing 7 is the main body of the filtering system incorporating the filter 8, and the filter 8 collects foreign substances to be filtered.

The automatic hammering system of the present invention configured as described above should be subjected to hammering at the time when backwashing occurs. To this end, the solenoid valve 5 which directly opens and closes the operating air, which is the power source for operating the air knocker, is directly received by the back washing signal of the control panel 10 to be automatically hammered simultaneously with the back washing.

In addition, the automatic hammering system of the present invention uses an air knocker for automatic continuation, since the impact method operated by manpower cannot standardize a uniform impact amount and impact period.

The automatic hammering system of the present invention installs a timer (6) capable of varying the operating cycle, which maintains a constant shock period and continuously generates shock waves and gives continuous vibration to the filter (8). In addition, a clamp 4 is installed and shocked thereon to protect the filter housing 7 and disperse the impact. The actuating air for automatic hammer drive is supplied from a separate actuating air header rather than the actuating air for driving the ball valves (1) (11) and (2) (12), thus eliminating the imbalance in air demand.

The operation of the automatic hammering system of the present invention will be described.

In the normal operation state, the ball valves (2) and (12) are closed, and the flow of the fluid flows out through the filter (8) with the ball valves (1) and (11) open, and foreign matter in the flow flows to the outer surface of the filter (8). As the open area of the filter is collected by the foreign matter, the pressure DELTA P increases.

The control panel 10 senses the specified pressure DELTA P to generate a backwash signal, which causes the ball valves 1 and 11 to close and the ball valves 2 and 12 to open while the filter ( Foreign substances attached to the outer surface of 8) are separated and sent to the waste tank through the backwash outlet.

Here, when the back washing signal is simultaneously received from the control panel 10 and the back washing is performed, impacting the filter housing 7 with automatic hammering generates fine vibration in the filter 8 and causes shock waves in the back washing flow. This will increase the cleaning effect.

This additionally reduces the number of actuations of the ball valves (1) (11) and (2) (12) to increase plant durability and increase the amount of flow stably.

As mentioned above, the automatic hammering system of the present invention imparts a shock wave to the backwashing flow by shocking the filter housing 7 and causing vibration to the filter 8 to improve cleaning efficiency. When the impact on the filter housing 7 distributes the impact to the filter housing 7 to prevent deformation of the filter housing 7.

Backwashing is started by receiving backwashing signals from the clamp 4 for welding and fixing the air knocker 3 and the solenoid valve and control panel 10 that supply and block the working air used as a power source of the air knocker 3. At the same time, the timer 6 for adjusting the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 5 at an appropriate number of times is installed to improve the backwashing cleaning efficiency during the backwashing of the filter system, thereby reducing the wear of the driving part of the filter system due to the stable flow increase and To prevent leakage and to extend the service life of the equipment.

In fact, RHDS process feed filters from perforated FCC plants (filter size 25 μ The test results of the automatic hammering system of the present invention on 16 pairs of) showed a flow increase of about 10% and a reduction of 2 to 3 times per hour of backwashing cycles. The automatic hammering system of the present invention eliminates the charge-up bottle neck due to filter plugging, and prevents the loss of operation manpower by automating the method by which the operator manually hammers in order to apply an impact. Up to now, excessive number of back washes due to frequent clogging of the filter has drastically reduced the number of leaks due to the wear of the filter drive, and it is possible to fundamentally prevent the filter housing deformation due to excessive hammering.
