Abstract

PURPOSE: A computer equipped with an ID check flash ROM pack for managing security and service is provided to enhance system stability by setting a password for computer security with the ID check flash ROM pack of a card type, and perform user/service management with the flash ROM pack storing error screen data by storing error contents to the flash ROM pack when an error is generated in the computer. CONSTITUTION: The flash ROM pack(31) stores the password for the system security and the error screen data, and is attached/detached to the computer. A CPU(1) judges the password recorded in the flash ROM pack and outputs error data to the flash ROM pack when the system is failed. A flash ROM pack interface(30) connects the flash ROM pack to the system.
