Abstract

본 발명은 와이어링 고정용 에어튜브에 관한 것이고, 본 발명은 일단부가 배터리에 연결되고 타단부가 범퍼 커버의 에너지 흡수재를 통과하여 후방 감지센서에 연결되는 와이어링에 있어서, 상기 와이어링(12)이 상기 에너지 흡수재(14)의 와이어링 통로(15)상에 삽입되도록 하되, 상기 와이어링(12)의 외주면에는 에어 주입에 따라 부피가 커지도록 된 에어튜브(16)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

와이어링 고정용 에어튜브
본 발명은 와이어링 고정용 에어튜브에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 차체 부품에 각종 전장품과 연결되는 와이어링 고정시 와이어링을 체결시키기 힘든 곳에서도 와이어링을 간편하고 안정되게 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 와이어링 고정용 에어튜브(Air tube for wiring fixation)에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 고급차량의 후방 리어범퍼에는 도 1 에 도시된 바와같이, 차량의 주행 안전성을 위해 후방 물체를 감지하는 후방 물체 감지센서(1)가 구비되며, 상기 감지센서(1)는 와이어링(2)으로서 배터리와 연결되는 방식을 취하게 된다.
상기 와이어링(2)은 일단부가 감지센서(1)에 연결되도록 범퍼 커버(3)의 내측에 도포된 에너지 흡수재를 통과하여 연결되고, 타단부는 엔진룸내에 구비되는 배터리와 연결된다.
상기한 바와같이 종래의 와이어링은, 엔진룸의 미관 향상을 위해 범퍼 커버의 내측에 발포되는 에너지 흡수재에 밀착 고정시키게 되는데, 상기 에너지 흡수재에는 와이어링 고정용 클립을 사용할 수 없어 테이프 등을 부착시키게 됨에따라 와이어링의 안정된 고정력이 확보되지 못하는 문제점이 발생된다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로, 차량의 후방 감지센서와 연결되는 와이어링을 고정시 와이어링이 통과되는 에너지 흡수재에 홈부를 형성시키고, 이 홈부에 와이어링이 안정되게 밀착 고정되도록 하므로써, 와이어링의 안정된 고정력을 이룰 수 있도록 하는 와이어링 고정용 에어튜브를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 일단부가 배터리에 연결되고 타단부가 범퍼 커버의 에너지 흡수재를 통과하여 후방 감지센서에 연결되는 와이어링에 있어서, 상기 와이어링이 상기 에너지 흡수재의 와이어링 통로상에 삽입되도록 하되, 상기 와이어링의 외주면에는 에어 주입에 따라 부피가 커지도록 된 에어튜브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 2 는 본 발명에 따른 와이어링이 설치된 상태를 나타낸 것이고, 도 3 은 본 발명에 따른 와이어링 고정용 에어튜브를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도시된 바와같이, 본 발명은 후방물체 감지센서(11)와, 와이어링(12)과, 범퍼커버(13)와, 에너지 흡수재(14)와, 미도시된 배터리를 포함하여 구성된다.
차량의 후방 리어 범퍼에는 후방물체를 감지하도록 된 감지센서(11)가 구비되며, 상기 감지센서(11)는 엔진룸에 설치되는 배터리와 와이어링(12)으로 연결된다.
그리고, 상기 범퍼 커버(13)의 내측에 구비되는 발포성 재질의 에너지 흡수재(14)의 일면에는 상기 와이어링(12)이 통과하도록 와이어링 통로(15)가 형성된다.
그리고, 상기 와이어링(12)의 외주면에는 신축성 재질의 에어튜브(16)가 전면에 걸쳐서 설치되되, 일측에는 에어주입구(17)가 형성된다.
상기 구성에 따라, 본 고안에 따른 와이어링(12)을 상기 에너지 흡수재(14)의 와이어 통로(15)에 밀착되도록 도 2 에 도시된 바와같이 삽입시키고, 도 3 에 도시된 바와같이 상기 에어주입구(17)로 에어 주입시키면 에어튜브(16)가 팽창되어 상기 에너지 흡수재(14)의 와이어링 통로(15) 벽면에 밀착지지되어져 상기 와이어링(12)을 안정되게 고정시키는 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 와이어링 고정용 에어튜브는, 차량의 후방 감지센서와 연결되는 와이어링이 에너지 흡수재의 와이어링 통로에서 와이어링을 감싸는 에어튜브의 팽창으로 안정되게 결합되므로써, 와이어링의 안정된 고정력이 확보되는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일단부가 배터리에 연결되고 타단부가 범퍼 커버의 에너지 흡수재를 통과하여 후방 감지센서에 연결되는 와이어링에 있어서,
    상기 와이어링이 상기 에너지 흡수재의 와이어링 통로상에 삽입되도록 하되, 상기 와이어링의 외주면에는 에어 주입에 따라 부피가 커지도록 된 신축성 재질의 에어튜브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어링 고정용 에어튜브.
