Claims (14)
- α-토코페롤을 캡슐화 함에 있어서,1) 한천과 전분을 1 : 1 ∼ 3 : 1의 중량 비율로 혼합한 액(피복물질)을 호화시키는 단계;2) 유화제와 α-토코페롤(중심물질)을 혼합하여 균질화시키는 단계;3) 단계 2의 중심물질 혼합액에 단계 1의 피복물질을 첨가하여 재균질화하는 단계; 및4) 단계 3에서 제조된 용액을 증류수에 분사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 1의 한천과 전분의 혼합물은 전체 용액의 0.5 ∼ 2.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 1의 호화는 70∼85℃의 온도에서 1 ∼ 2분간 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 1의 전분은 찰옥수수 전분, 옥수수 전분, 감자 전분, 고구마 전분, 밀 전분 또는 쌀 전분 중에서 선택되는 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 2의 유화제는 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 모노 라우르산, 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 모노 올레산, 폴리글리세롤 모노 올레산, 자당 모노 스테아르산, 폴리옥시에틸렌 모노 스테아르산, 테트라글리세롤 모노 올레산을 포함하는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 2의 유화제 농도는 0.1 ∼ 2.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 3의 중심물질과 피복물질은 1 : 3 ∼ 3 : 1의 농도 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 4의 분산액의 온도는 5 ∼ 45℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는, α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐화 방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조되는 α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 미세캡슐의 직경이 약 1∼100 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항의 α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐을 유효 성분으로 하는 식품 첨가물.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항의 α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐을 유효 성분으로 하는 사료 첨가물.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항의 α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐을 유효 성분으로 하는 화장품 첨가물.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항의 α-토코페롤의 미세캡슐을 유효 성분으로 하는 의약품 첨가물.
