Claims (1)
- 초경소재 공작물을 0.1Φ로 천공하기 위한 슈퍼드릴 셋팅 방법에 있어서,가공시 와이어의 단선을 방지하기 위해 전극의 형상길이를 80-120mm로 하고, 상기 와이어의 상, 하에 0.1Φ 특수가이드를 설치하며, 방전 콘덴서의 용량을 70-80Kg/cm2로 설정하고, 가공속도를 1-2mm/min 로 하며, 공작기계와 서보모터에 1A의 전류를 공급하고, 전극소모량을(초경5T기준) 15mm로 공급하여 천공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물을 0.1Φ로 천공하기 위한 슈퍼 드릴 셋팅 방법
