Claims (8)
- 고전압발생기(140)로부터 방전전압을 제공받아 오존을 발생하는 오존발생기(120)와, 에어콤프레셔(150)로부터 공기를 제공받아 고농도의 산소를 상기 오존발생기(120)에 공급하는 산소발생기(130)와, 오존누설이 어느 정도 되는지를 CT(Contact Time)치로서 확인하는 오존누설감지기(170)와, 주파수 변조를 통하여 상기 오존발생기(120)의 오존발생량을 증가시키는 인버터(190)와, 상기 오존발생기(120)로부터 오존을 공급받아 미세한 오존기포를 발생하고 이를 냉각탑(300) 내에 폭기(曝氣)/분산시키는 오존분산기(200)와, 상기 엘리먼트들을 운전시키기는 콘트롤판넬(110)를 포함하는 냉각탑용 멸균장치에 있어서,상기 오존발생기(120)으로부터 발생된 오존이 상기 오존분산기(200)에 일정한 압력으로 제공되도록 하는 압력레귤레이터(181)와,상기 산소발생기(130)에서 고농도의 산소 발생시 분리되는 질소를 배출하여 일정한 압력을 유지할 수 있도록 스위칭되는 압력스위치(182)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각탑용 멸균장치.
