본 발명은 본원 출원인이 특허출원 제 2002-6289호로 선 출원한 각종 쓰레기(음식물,농산물 쓰레기등) 및 폐기물(폐플라스틱, 폐유등)을 이용한 고체연료 제조방법에서 사용되는 건조장치에 관한것으로서, 이를 좀더 구체적으로 설명하자면 건조실로 투입되는 다량의 투입물(이하 "피건조물" 이라고 함)을 보다 신속하게 건조할 수 있고, 이와 아울러 연소시키게되면 다이옥신등과 같은 유해물질을 발생시키는 폐기물을 건조용 연료로 사용하더라도 유해물질이 발생되지 않는 건조장치를 얻을 수 있도록 한것이다.The present invention relates to a drying apparatus used in the method for producing solid fuel using various wastes (food, agricultural waste, etc.) and wastes (waste plastic, waste oil, etc.) filed by the applicant of the patent application No. 2002-6289. 그러나 현재까지 제시되는 통상적인 건조방법 즉, 피건조물을 건조통에 투입한다음 건조통에 피건조물이 연소되지 않는 범위의 열을 일정시간동안 가열하여 피건조물을 건조하는 방법, 또는 건조통 내부에 열기를 공급하여 피건조물을 건조하는 방법으로는 수분이 다량으로 함유된 피건조물을 한꺼번에 건조시킬 수 없어 다량 배출되는 각종 쓰레기 및 폐기물 대부분을 고체연료화 하고자 하는 취지에 적극적으로 부응할 수 없었고, 또 피건조물을 건조하기 위한 연소용 연료를 선택함에 있어 많은 애로점이 있었는데, 그 이유로는 건조 비용을 줄이기 위해서 연료를 폐기물로 선택할 경우 유해물질 발생이 염려되어 그에 따른 별도의 설비가 필요하였고, 폐기물이 아닌 다른 연료를 선택할 경우에는 연료 비용 부담이 매우 컸던 애로점이 있었다.However, the conventional drying method proposed to date, that is, a method of drying the dried product by inputting the dried product to the drying container and then heating the heat in the range where the dry material does not burn in the drying container for a predetermined time, or inside the drying container.
