PURPOSE: The lamp line connection structure of the back light unit for a liquid crystal display(LCD) use is provided to directly connect the lamp lines to two lamps used as a light source without using a separate conductive medium. CONSTITUTION: The cathode line(13) of a connector is directly connected to two lamps(12) of the back light unit for an LCD use. The back light unit includes a lamp cover(10), two lamps, a reflection sheet receiving lights reflected by a reflecting plate placed at the inside of the lamp cover, and a diffusion sheet. A barrel(20) is attached to the outside of the lamp cover. Both ends of the barrel are opened and a groove(21) is formed at the outer side of the barrel. The cathode line is mounted in the groove. The anode lines(14) of the connector is inserted into the barrel to be electrically connected to one side of the lamp.
