Abstract

PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved functionality and efficiency of system by dividing the system into a conference section and an audience section. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of permitting a participant to select a conference room with reference to the list of chamber provided from a management server; a step(S21) of permitting the management server to check whether the conference room selected by the participant is full; a step(S22,S23) of permitting the participant to join the selected conference room if the conference room is not full, and permitting the management server to check whether the audience room is full if the conference room is full; a step(S24) of permitting the participant to join the audience room if the audience room is not full; a step(S26,S27,S28) of checking whether the participants of the audience room are to be registered on a general waiting list or a prior waiting list; and a step(S29) of permitting, at a predetermined ratio, the participants on the prior waiting list to join the conference room upon occurrence of exit of participant in the conference room.
