Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a liquid ceramic constructional finishing material, which has antibacterial, anti-mould and deodorizing activities, energy saving and heat storage capabilities, and anion- and far infrared ray-emitting properties. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a liquid ceramic constructional finishing material comprises the steps of: mixing 37-38 wt% of natural jade powder having a particle size of 325-400 mesh, 4.7-5.3 wt% of far infrared ray-emitting ceramic powder and 2.3-2.7 wt% of antibacterial ceramic powder; introducing the powder mixture into 54-56 wt% of a liquid binder containing water-soluble emulsion and water-soluble colloidal silica sol, gradually in a constant amount, while stirring at 1000-1400 rpm for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes to form a mixture; debubbling the mixture in a sealed container by using a vacuum instrument; and removing foreign materials or coarse particles of 325 mesh or more by using a fine screen.
