Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided are a molding frame for production of concrete pumping car reducer shell mold and a core metallic mold and a process for preparation of shell mold thereof by constructing the molding frame in a desirable design easy to separate formed shell mold out of the molding frame and the core metallic mold. CONSTITUTION: The molding frame comprises a cylindrical body having a constant thickness with opened top and bottom sides(103,104) and is formed into a rectangular mold(S) having desirable height and width sufficient to receive the core metallic mold. Both sides in width direction are tapered to be narrowed in a direction of top portion(101) and separated into two parts at both sides in longitudinal direction. The molding frame further has a hinge part outside one of the separated sides in order to pivotally move both of the separated sides.
