Abstract

PURPOSE: A double pile for purifying low permeable contaminated ground is provided which is consisted of inner pipe, outer pipe and filler filled therebetween to perform purification of contaminated soil and solidification and stabilization of purified ground in one step, and a method for purifying low permeable contaminated ground by using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The double pile(20) for purifying low permeable contaminated ground comprises an inner pipe(12), an outer pipe and a filler(14) filled in a space between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, wherein holes(16) are longitudinally formed on the inner pipe and the outer pipe respectively in such a way that the holes are perforated perpendicularly to a longitudinal direction of the inner pipe and the outer pipe, wherein the filler comprises oyster shell. The method for purifying low permeable contaminated ground comprises a step (A) of installing the double pile for purifying low permeable contaminated ground into the low permeable contaminated ground; and a step (B) of discharging contaminated underground water collected in an inner passageway of the installed double pile for purifying low permeable contaminated ground using a suction device, wherein the suction device is a pump(24), wherein the method further comprises a step (C) of injecting a ground stabilizer into the low permeable contaminated ground(2') through the inner passageway of the installed double pile for purifying low permeable contaminated ground, and wherein the ground stabilizer is cement or a mixture of cement and fly ash.
