Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a snow-melting material for ascon which maintains high snow-melting performance for a long time. A method for preparing the snow-melting material is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a snow-melting material for ascon by using a chloride comprises the steps of: adding iron sulfide-containing waste coal stone having a particle size of 0.07 mm or less to a chloride having a particle size of 0.18-2 mm and stirring them to perform primary coating of the chloride; drying the product sufficiently; adding 9-20 parts by weight of an unsaturated polyester resin to 100 parts by weight of the primarily coated and dried product and stirring them to perform secondary coating of the product; and then drying.
