Description
The present invention relates to tent pawls. In particular, by reinforcing the swaging portion formed on one side of the tent pawls by the authorized footing process, the plug-in footing process and the swaging process, it is possible to strongly respond to the bending stress by the simple manufacturing process. A wedging part can be obtained, and the swaging part of the pole is provided with a three-stage structure of a thick part, a middle part, and a thin part, thereby improving the elasticity of the tent pole by the thin part and at the same time reducing the weight of the pole. It is possible to facilitate the coupling of other poles inserted into one side of the thin part by the same time, and to protect one side of the thin part from the force applied during the bending action of the pole. When excessive bending stress is applied, the excessive bending stress is induced in the thinner part direction, causing breakage in the thinner part. The present invention relates to a method for reinforcing the swaging portion of a tent pole and to have a structure that can withstand excessive bending stress even longer.
The swaging part of the pole pole for the prior art produced the swaging part only by the plug-in process.
Therefore, since the two-stage structure in which the thickness difference between the portion where the swaging is completed and the portion without swaging is weak, is very weak to the bending stress.
That is, when the other pole coupled to the swaging portion is installed in the tent, when the wheel is a lot of bending stress is concentrated to the swaging portion.
As described above, when the bending stress is concentrated in the swaging portion, the bending portion of the swaging portion does not correspond to the bending stress and the straightness is disturbed, or the feeding portion breaks the bending portion of the swaging portion.
In particular, when excessive bending stress is concentrated in the bending portion of the swaging portion, since the thickness of the bending portion is slightly thicker than the thickness of the entire pole, the bending portion is immediately broken instead of being broken.
Therefore, if the swaging portion is broken as described above, the installation of the tent is impossible, and even though the installation is performed by emergency treatment, the strength of the pole is not maintained, so that the stable tent cannot be installed.
The purpose of the present invention for solving and solving these conventional problems,
It is possible to obtain swaging part that can cope with bending stress by simple manufacturing process, improve the elasticity of tent pole, lighten the weight of pole and protect swaging part from the force applied during bending action of pole. And it provides an object to withstand longer than the excessive bending stress applied to the swaging portion.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention,
When the swaging part is formed on one side of the tent pole by the official footing process, the plug-in footing process and the swaging process, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
In addition, it is possible to achieve the object of the present invention by having a swaging portion of the pole in a three-stage structure of a thick portion, a thick portion and a thin portion.

The swaging reinforcement method of the present invention tent pole will be described in detail by process according to FIGS. 1 to 4.
Only one side of the pawl 101 having a predetermined thickness (A) is passed through the authorized foot die 112 to widen the middle portion 103 of the thickness (B) thicker than the original thickness (A) and at the same time Certified foot process to build the view,
The final thickness (C) is passed through the plug die 113 inserted into the pole 101, except for the one side portion widened by the thick portion 103 of the thick thickness (B) in the authorized foot process (C). Plug-in process for widening to thinner portion (104) at the same time and conduit to the final diameter
Only one side of the thick portion 103 having the thick thickness B of the pawl 101 through the plug-in process is press-fitted into the swaging die 114 and further into the thick portion 105 as the final thickness D. At the same time wider swaging process to conduit the diameter so that the other pole 101 can be combined.
On the other hand, the swaging reinforcement structure of the tent pole of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
Thin portion 104 formed in the pawl 101 to improve the elasticity of the pawl 101 for the tent and at the same time reduce the weight of the pawl 101,
To facilitate the coupling of the other pole 101 inserted into one side of the thin portion 104 and at the same time to protect one side of the thin portion 104 from the force applied during the bending action of the pole 101 ( A thick portion 105 formed on one side of the thicker than the thin portion 104,
The break of the pawl 101 is thin to prevent the boundary between the thick portion 105 and the thin portion 104 from breaking when excessive bending stress acts on the boundary between the thick portion 105 and the thin portion 104. A thick portion 103 formed between the thick portion 105 and the thin portion 104 for moving the break point to the thin portion 104 so as to be generated at the 104 is formed.
Referring to the effect on the swaging part reinforcement method of the present invention as described above is as follows.
First, in the authorized foot process, only the predetermined length of one side of the pole 101 having a predetermined thickness (A) passes the authorized foot die 112 as shown in FIG. 1.
Passing the pole 101 through the authorized foot die 112 as described above is widened to the middle portion 103 of the thickness (B) thicker than the original pole 101 thickness (A) and at the same time the diameter of the pole 101 It is condensed.
Then, the plug 101 is inserted into the pole 101 by the plug-in process as shown in FIG. It passes through the die 113 and widens to the thin part 104 which is the final thickness C, and is made to be conduited to the final diameter.
In addition, only one side of the middle portion 103 of FIG. 3 having a thick thickness B of the pawl 101 through the plug-in process is pressed into the swaging die 114 as shown in FIG. The diameter D is made wider to the thick portion 105, and at the same time, the diameter of the tube can be reduced so that the other poles 101 can be coupled.
Since the pole 101 completed by the above processes forms a swaging portion having a three-stage structure such as a thin portion 104, a middle portion 103, a thick portion 105, and the like, as shown in FIG. It will be able to respond powerfully and will not bend or break straightness.
However, when excessive bending stress is applied to the thick portion 105 of the swaging portion to which the other pole 101 is coupled, the force acting on the thick portion 105 is directed toward the thin portion 104 along the thick portion 103. Since the thick portion 105 is not broken, the thin portion 105 is broken, so that the fracture occurs in the thin portion 104.
Therefore, the thick portion 105 can stand against the excessive force and thus delay the breaking time due to the breaking structure that causes the thick portion 104 to break in the thin portion 104.
On the other hand, in the swaging portion reinforcing structure of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 4, the thin portion 104 formed on the pole 101 improves the elasticity of the tent pole 101 and at the same time reduces the weight of the pole 101. You can do it.
In addition, the thicker portion 105 formed thicker than the thinner portion 104 on one side of the thinner portion 104 facilitates the engagement of the other pole 101 inserted into one side of the thinner portion 104. The side of the thin portion 104 is protected from the force applied during the bending action of the pole (101).
In addition, the boundary between the thick portion 105 and the thin portion 104 by the middle portion 103 which moves the breaking point to the thin portion 104 so that the break of the pole 101 is generated in the thin portion 104. As a result of excessive bending stress, the boundary between the thick portion 105 and the thin portion 104 is prevented from being broken so that the fracture can be delayed.
The present invention thus formed by forming a swaging portion on one side of the tent pole by the official foot process, plug-in foot process and swaging process, and by having the swaging part of the pole in the thick part, the thick part and the thin part of the structure. In addition, it is possible to obtain swaging parts that can cope with flexural stress by simple manufacturing process, improve the elasticity of tent poles, reduce the weight of poles, and protect swaging parts from the force applied during bending action of poles. It can have a useful effect that can last longer even if excessive bending stress is applied to the swaging portion.
