Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is an agent for removing nitrogen oxide generated from a waste incinerator which shows better efficiency for removing the nitrogen oxide than conventional DeNOx agent by being sprayed in a small droplets form to increase the contact efficiency with the nitrogen oxide. CONSTITUTION: The DeNOx agent, mainly composed of an aqueous solution of urea and used for a selective non-catalytic process reducing the nitrogen oxide from combustion exhaust gas, comprises 30-50 wt.% of the aqueous solution of urea, 5-20 wt.% of alcohol as a first additive based on the urea content and 1-20 wt.% of phosphate or ammonium salt as a second additive based on the urea content.
