Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a culture medium of microorganisms which contains pulverized apricot seeds. Also, provided is a method for manufacturing a microbial preparation by culturing microorganisms in the culture medium. CONSTITUTION: In a method for culturing Bacillus sp. microorganisms, it is characterized by culturing Bacillus sp. microorganisms in a culture medium which contains 0.1-99 wt.% of pulverized apricot seeds to inhibit the formation of chains and increase antibacterial activity. The bacillus sp. microorganism is bacillus subtitles KBC1010(KCTC 10304BP).
