PURPOSE: A portable radio equipment is provided to easily confirm reception notification and contents of received information and operate operating switch devices. CONSTITUTION: A notification device(10) notifies the reception of information by lighting. An information display device(6) displays contents of information received in a radio receiving device. Operating switch devices(5a,5b) perform certain operations corresponding to the reception of information. The notification device(10), the information display device(6) and the operating switch devices(5a,5b) are allocated at the surface of a body case(1), respectively. The notification device(10) is allocated among the information display device(6) and the operating switch devices(5a,5b).
