Claims (4)
- 마이크로시스틴이 프로테인 포스파테이스의 활성을 저해하는 작용을 이용하는 마이크로시스틴의 정량법에 있어서,마이크로시스틴 함유 시료에 프로테인 포스파테이스 효소와 기질로서 포스포릴레이스 a를 첨가하여 반응시키고, 상기 반응액을 발색시약으로 발색시켜 흡광도를 측정하여 포스포릴레이스 a로부터 유리되는 무기인(PO4 3-)을 정량하며, 그리고 무기인(PO4 3-)의 흡광도 표준곡선으로부터 마이크로시스틴을 정량하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로시스틴의 비색정량법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발색시약은 암모늄 몰리브데이트(Ammonium molybdate), 황산(Sulfuric acid), 포타시움 안티모닐 타르타레이트(Potassium antimonyl tartrate) 및 아스코빅에시드(Ascorbic acid)가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로시스틴의 비색정량법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡광도 측정은 마이크로플레이트 리더(microplate reader)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로시스틴의 비색정량법.
