Abstract

PURPOSE: A power line communication system, a method and a recording media recorded program sources thereof are provided to load a program to a user's terminal for applying a communication using a power line and construct a network such as Internet etc. by using the power line as a communication line, thereby providing a smooth communication line. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) detects current and voltage of power incoming line and then designates a communication frequency, so that a communication is performed through the designated communication frequency. A service server(200) is connected with the user terminal by the power line. The service server(200) receives current and voltage values transmitted from the user terminal and then registers and stores the values. The service server(200) also designates a communication frequency by using the current and voltage values and then forms a communication line with the user terminal through the communication frequency.
