Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for outputting a two-dimensional bar code including document summary information is provided to output necessary information as a two-dimensional bar code format with a document by extracting the necessary information of the output document automatically or manually when the document is output through a conventional software such as a word processor. CONSTITUTION: A user prepares a digital document using a document edition software installed in a user computer and calls a digital document recorded in a hard disk or other recording medium. And the user instructs a printing output of the digital document through the corresponding document edition software(201). A two-dimensional bar code output software recognizes the output and checks whether a summary objected style exists in the digital document before a printing the digital document(202). If a summary objected style exists in the digital document, a paragraph of a designated summary objected style is extracted(203). All morphemes included in the extracted paragraph are analyzed, and a predetermined number of keywords are extracted in order of user frequency(205,206). The extracted keyword is created as a two-dimensional bar code(207), a created two-dimensional bar code is inserted into a predetermined position of the corresponding document(208), and the two-dimensional bar code is printed with the document(209).
