Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided is a flame retardant insulating panel which is produced using a polyisocyanate foamed body that is environment-friendly without harmfulness to human bodies and having excellent flame retardant and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: The panel includes an inner plate(1), an outer plate(3) and an insulating material(2) disposed between the inner plate(1) and the outer plate(3). The insulating material(2) is a foam body comprising 100 weight parts of a mixture of polyol and isocyanate(MDI) in an equivalent ratio of 1:2.0 to 4.0; 10 to 35 weight parts of a foaming agent; 0.5 to 5 weight parts of a trimerization catalyst or a tertiary amine catalyst; and 20 to 45 weight parts of a phosphorus flame retardant agent or a bromine flame retardant agent.
