Claims (2)
- 미분탄을 취입하는 고로조업의 연소성을 평가하는 방법에 있어서,상기 고로에 취입되는 미분탄의 성분분석에 의해 미리 미분탄중의 회분량(Apc)을 구하는 단계;고로의 높이 방향에 따라 일정 간격으로 미연촤(unburnt char)시료를 채취하는 단계;채취된 시료에서 비중차를 이용하여 미연촤(unburnt char)를 분리한 다음, 열시차분석을 통해 미연촤(unburnt char) 중 회분량(Ad)을 구하는 단계; 및상기에서 구한 미분탄중의 회분량(Apc), 미연촤(unburnt char) 중 회분량(Ad)을 수학식1에 대입하여 고로내의 연소율(ηpc)을 구하는 단계;[수학식 1]ηpc= {(Ad- Apc)/(100 - Apc) x Adx 100를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고로의 미분탄 연소성 평가방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미연촤(unburnt char)시료채취는 일측 선단에 다수의 구멍(21a)이 마련된 안내관(21), 상기 안내관(21)과 연결된 싸이클론 포집수단(22), 및 상기 포집수단(22)과 연결되고 필터가 내장된 여과수단(23)을 포함한 샘플링장치(20)를 이용하는 고로의 미분탄 연소성 평가방법.
