본 발명은 새로운 구성의 착유기에 관한 것으로, 주벽에 미세홈(101)(102)이 형성된 착유통(1)의 내부에 하측에서 위로 압력을 주는 하부측가압구(2)와 상부에서 하측으로 압력을 주는 상부측가압구(3)를 장치하고 그 사이에 착유할 원료를 투입하여 착유통 내에서 가열압착하므로서 착유가 일어나게한 공지의 착유기에 있어서, 상부측가압구(3)의 저면에 전기히터(4a)가 내장된 가열판(4)을 장치하여 그 중심부에 구멍(4b)을 뚫어 외부와 연통시키고 가열판(4) 밑에 흡유안내판(5)을 부착하여 중심부 구멍(4b)밑에 집유홈(5b)을 만들어 집유홈에서 사방으로 방사형의 미세홈(5a)을 형성한 다음 집유홈(5b)에서 중심구멍(4b)을 통해 흡유관(6)을 장치하여 흡유관의 끝을 가압구(3) 외측으로 도출시켜 착유통 외부에 있는 집유통(7)의 내부에 투입하고 집유통(7) 하단에 배출관(7b)을 달아 집유판(9)의 홈과 연결하며 집유통(7)의 뚜껑(7a)에는 진공펌프(8)의 흡기관(8a)을 연결하고 하부측 가압구(2)의 상면에 설치되는 다공판(10) 상면에는 금속봉을 와권형으로 밀착되게 감아 만든 역류방지유출판(11)을 적층시켜서 착탈할수 있게 구성된 것인바 착유시 착유통 내부에서 짜여진 기름이 신속하게 착출이 달성되어 착유량이 많아지고 깻묵 속에 기름이 남는 것을 최대로 줄여 수율이 높은 착유기가 달성되게한 것이다.The present invention relates to a milking machine of a new configuration, the lower side pressure port (2) for applying pressure from the lower side to the inside of the milking container (1) in which the microgrooves 101 and 102 are formed on the main wall and the pressure from the upper side to the lower side.
