Abstract

천정에 고정볼트로 결합되는 연결바와 천정판넬을 연결고정시키는 천정판넬 고정구가 개시된다. 이 천정판넬 고정구는 사각형상의 몸체, 몸체의 상부 양측면에서 돌출하여 연결바를 삽입 고정할 수 있게한 삽지부, 몸체의 하단에서 돌출하여 천정판넬 사이에 삽입되는 끼움부로 구성된다. 이에따라. 판넬고정구은 천정판넬을 천정에 간단히 고정하여 시공시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있고 천정판넬끼리의 조립도 용이하면서 편리하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

천정판넬 고정구{Ceiling Panel Fixture}
본 발명은 천정판넬 고정구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 천정에 천정판넬을 용이하고 간편하게 시공하기 위한 천정판넬 고정구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 욕실이나 사우나실의 천정시공에 사용되는 부자재들은 습기나 수분등에 의한 부식을 방지하기 위하여 합성수지 판넬을 사용하고 또한, 천정판넬을 조립식으로 구성하여 시공하고 있다.
그러나, 천정판넬의 조립시공에 있어서 복잡한 부자재를 사용하여 천정과 판넬을 연결하고 판넬과의 조립도 번거로워 시공시 많은 작업공수와 비용이 소요된다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 천정판넬과 천정의 연결을 간편하게 할 뿐만아니라 판넬끼리의 조립도 용이하면서 편리하게 할 수 있는 천정판넬 고정구를 제공하는 데 있다.

본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 천정에 고정볼트로 결합되는 연결바와 천정판넬을 연결고정시키는 천정판넬 고정구에 있어서, 사각형상의 몸체, 몸체의 상부 양측면에서 돌출하여 연결바를 삽입 고정할 수 있게한 삽지부, 몸체의 하단에서 돌출하여 천정판넬 사이에 삽입되는 끼움부로 구성된 천정판넬 고정구를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 삽지부는 그 형상이 후크형상으로 몸체에서 돌출된 상부수평부, 상부수평부의 끝단에서 수직으로 성형된 수직부, 수직부의 끝단에서 몸체방향으로 성형된 하부수평부로 구성된다.
그리고, 삽지부는 몸체에서 돌출된 수평부와 수평부의 끝단에서 수직으로 성형되고 그 내측면이 톱니형상으로 이루어진 톱니수직부로 구성된다.
또한, 끼움부는 상면에 라운드 홈이 형성되고 끝단으로 갈수록 테이퍼져 그 두께가 얇어진다.
이하, 첨부한 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
도1 는 본 발명에 따른 판넬고정구를 보여주는 사시도이고, 도5 는 본 발명에 따른 판넬고정구의 사용상태도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 천정(21)에 고정볼트(22)로 결합되는 연결바(24)와 천정판넬(25)을 연결고정시키는 판넬고정구(10)는 몸체(11), 몸체(11)의 상부 양측면에서 돌출되어 연결바(24)를 삽입 고정하는 삽지부(12), 몸체(11)하단에서 돌출되어 천정판넬(25) 이음사이에 삽입되는 끼움부(13)로 구성된다.
몸체(11)는 사각형상으로 그 내부가 비어 있고 전면(11a)이 개구된 형상을 갖는다.
그리고, 삽지부(12)는 상부수평부(12a), 상부수평부(12a)의 끝단에서 수직으로 성형된 수직부(12b), 수직부(12b)의 끝단에서 몸체방향으로 성형된 하부수평부(12c)로 구성된다. 그리고, 삽지부(12)가 형성된 몸체(11)의 상부측면에는 원호형상의 홈(12d)이 형성되어 연결바(24)가 용이하게 삽입되도록 한다.
또한, 끼움부(13)는 몸체(11)하단에서 수직으로 돌출된 수직단(13a)과 수직단(13a)의 끝단에서 전면으로 돌출성형된 끼움플레이트(13b)로 구성된다. 이 끼움플레이트(13b)는 상면에 라운드(Round)진 홈(13c)이 형성되고 끝단으로 갈수록 그 밑면(13d)과 상면(13e)이 테이퍼져 두께가 얇어진다. 따라서, 끼움플레이트(13)를 천정판넬(25)의 이음사이에 삽입하기가 용이하다.
한편, 본 발명의 다른 실시예로 도2에 도시된 바와 같이, 삽지부(15)는 몸체(11)의 상부 양측면에서 돌출된 수평부(15a)와 수평부(15a)의 끝단에서 수직으로 성형되고 그 내측면이 톱니형상(15c)으로 이루어진 톱니수직부(15b)로 구성되어 연결바(24)를 톱니수직바(15b)에 고정한다.
이하, 첨부한 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예의 사용 상태를 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
도3 은 본 발명에 따른 판넬고정구와 연결구의 조립상태를 보여주는 사시도, 도4 는 본 발명에 따른 판넬고정구와 연결구의 조립상태를 보여주는 정면도, 도5 는 본 발명에 따른 판넬고정구의 사용상태도이다.
천정판넬(25)의 시공은 천정(21)에 삽입된 앙카볼트(22)의 하단과 연결바(24)를 'ㄷ'자 앵글(23)로 연결한다. 'ㄷ'자 앵글(23)을 이용하여 연결바(24)의 천정(21)에서의 높이를 조절한다. 그리고, 양측면의 끝단이 내부로 절골된 절곡부(24a)를 갖는 연결바(24)를 판넬고정구(10)에 결합한다. 즉, 판넬고정구(10) 후크형상의 양측 삽지부(12)에 연결바(24)의 절곡부(24a)를 삽입 고정한다. 그리고, 일단은 삽입홈(25a)이 형성되고 타단은 삽입부(25b)를 갖어 서로 조립이 가능한 격자형의 천정판넬(25)의 이음사이에 판넬고정구(10)의 끼움부(13)를 삽입고정하여 연결구(24)와 천정판넬(25)를 연결한다.
이런 과정을 반복시공하여 복수개의 천정판넬(25) 사이에 삽입된 다수개의 판넬고정구(10)를 연결구(24)에 고정하고 한다. 이에따라, 천정(21)에 고정된 천정판넬(25)은 전체적인 천정면을 형성하게 된다.
따라서, 본 발명의 판넬고정구은 천정판넬을 천정에 간단히 고정하여 시공시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있고 판넬끼리의 조립도 용이하면서 편리하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명은 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 청구의 요지를 벗어나지 않고도 당해의 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자에 의하여 다양하게 변경실시될 수 있으므로, 본 발명의 기술보호범위는 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.

Claims (4)

  1. 천정에 고정볼트로 결합되는 연결바와 천정판넬을 연결고정시키는 천정판넬 고정구에 있어서,
    사각형상의 몸체;
    상기 몸체의 상부 양측면에서 돌출하여 상기 연결바를 삽입 고정할 수 있게한 삽지부;
    상기 몸체의 하단에서 돌출하여 상기 천정판넬 사이에 삽입되는 끼움부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬 고정구.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 삽지부는 그 형상이 후크형상으로 상기 몸체에서 돌출된 상부수평부, 상기 상부수평부의 끝단에서 수직으로 성형된 수직부, 상기 수직부의 끝단에서 상기 몸체방향으로 성형된 하부수평부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬 고정구.
  3. 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 삽지부는 상기 몸체에서 돌출된 수평부와 상기 수평부의 끝단에서 수직으로 성형되고 그 내측면이 톱니형상으로 이루어진 톱니수직부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬 고정구.
  4. 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 끼움부는 상면에 라운드 홈이 형성되고 끝단으로 갈수록 테이퍼져 그 두께가 얇어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬 고정구.
