Abstract
본 발명은 세탁기와 같은 가전제품을 폴리에틸렌 벡(PE BAG)으로 포장함에 따라 세탁기 외장의 도막면이 고온 다습한 상태에서 물류상의 이동 및 장기간 적재시 폴리에틸렌 벡(PE BAG)에서 용출되는 저분자 폴리에틸렌 왁스(PE WAX)로 부터의 얼룩이 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위한 것이다. 이에 따른 구성은 폴리에틸렌 벡(PE BAG)으로 포장하는 세탁기 포장용 포장재에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 벡이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(High density Poly ethylene)과 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)과 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 (LDPE: low density poly ethylene )의 혼합물로 조성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 세탁기 포장용 포장재에 관한 기술이다.The present invention is a low molecular polyethylene wax that is eluted from the polyethylene bag (PE BAG) during the logistical movement and long-term loading in the state that the coating surface of the washing machine exterior is hot and humid as packaging the household appliances such as a washing machine with a polyethylene bag (PE BAG) ( This is to prevent stains from PE WAX).
