타이어 제조공정중 블래더는 열수(Hot water), 증기(steam) 또는 질소가스 (N2Gas) 등의 열원과 타이어의 인너부 사이에서 열의 전달 및 타이어 내부를 일정한 형태로 유지시켜 주는 역할을 한다. 이에 따라 블래더는 공기투과도가 낮아야 하고 고온에서 열안정성, 노화물성 및 텐션 셋(Tention set) 등의 물성이 좋아야 한다. 가류공정에서 블래더의 수명 단축의 원인은 여러 가지가 있으나 주된 요인은 타이어 인너부위와 블래더 간의 붙음에 의한 겹침 및 크랙이 있다. 따라서 블래더의 수명 단축 원인을 제거하고 보다 장시간 블래더의 사용을 위해서 실제공정에서는 타이어 인너부위에 실리콘 이형제를 도포함으로써 블래더와 타이어 인너부위와의 붙음을 방지하고 있다. 이때 사용되는 대부분의 실리콘 이형제는 환경오염을 유발할 수 있는 성분을 포함하고 있기 때문에 환경 친화적이지 못하며, 이형제의 불균일한 농도 및 도포로 인하여 블래더와 타이어 인너부위의 붙음 현상을 유발할 수가 있고, 이형제를 타이어 인너부위에 도포시킨 후 건조시켜야 하므로 공정상 많은 시간이 소요되는 문제가 있다.During the tire manufacturing process, bladder plays a role of transferring heat between the heat source such as hot water, steam or N 2 gas and the inner part of the tire and maintaining the inside of the tire in a constant shape. . 상기 표 1의 실시예 1-4 및 비교예의 조성물을 이용하여 제조한 블래더 고무를 실제 공정에서 적용평가한 결과 실시예 2-4 조성물을 이용한 블래더 고무가 타이어 가류공정에서 그린케이스에 도포되는 인사이드 스프레이를 삭제할 수 있었으며 인너고무와 블래더 고무간의 뜯김 발생 없이 양호한 수명을 나타내었다. 스프레이 삭제를 통해 뜯김 발생 유무를 육안으로 확인하였으며 뜯김 발생한 부위의 개수가 0개이면 발생안함, 5개 이내이면 약간발생, 5개 이상이면 발생으로 판정하였으며 코드노출은 자체공장 검사기준에 의거하여 측정하였고, 사용수명은 타이어 1 사이클(cycle) 가류시 1회 사용을 나타낸다. 이때 PA-2 최적사용량은 원료고무 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5-2.0 중량부를 사용한 경우 가장 좋은 이형효과를 발휘함을 알 수 있었으며 이들의 결과 측정치를 아래의 표 3에 정리하여 나타내었다.As a result of applying and evaluating the bladder rubber prepared using the composition of Example 1-4 and Comparative Example of Table 1 in the actual process, the bladder rubber using the composition of Example 2-4 was applied to the green case in the tire vulcanization process.
