Claims (2)
- 저온 플라즈마를 이용한 유해가스 처리용 반응기에 있어서,사다리꼴의 형상을 각각 가지는 2개의 전극봉과, 그 사이에서 플레이트(12a)가 상기 2개의 전극봉과 고정 결합되어 일체로 형성되어 있으며, 가스 진행방향 및 직교방향을 따라 복수의 열과 행으로 분리 배치되어 있는 복수의 조합형 전극봉(12)과;가스흐름과 직교하는 방향으로는, 마주보는 2개의 조합형 전극봉(12) 사이에 배치되어 있고, 가스 진행방향으로는 일렬로 배치되는 복수의 핀 부착 방전극(10)과; 로 이루어지며,상기 플레이트(12a)에는 전극봉 홀(13)이 1개 이상 형성되어 있고, 상기 방전극(10)에는 상기 조합형 전극봉(12)의 좌우 전극봉에 대응하는 방전핀(10a)이 길이방향으로 연장되어 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온 플라즈마를 이용한 유해가스 처리용 반응기.
