Abstract

PURPOSE: An air purifier using ionizer with a function of humidifier which can maintain the refreshing condition of indoor air by using electric adsorption and the surface tension of water is provided. CONSTITUTION: The purifier comprises an upper cover(2) which is composed of a suction grill(3) and an air guidance means(5) in which a fan(8) and a motor are installed; a water tank(9) which is connected with the upper cover for purifying and humidifying air(A); a body(1) for exhausting purified air(A') to outside through an outlet(6); a control part(12) and an ionizer(15) which is supplied with electric power from an adapter(12); a switch for controlling ionizer and motor; an anion discharge pin(16) which is installed at the upper cover being connected with a high tension wire(16); and a weight which is submerged into water for the adsorption of polluted gas.
