Abstract

PURPOSE: A doubly driven hydraulic brake is provided to make operation convenient by selectively operating with a handle or a pedal. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(8) is installed in an opening(9) while a hydraulic cylinder(10) of a manual hydraulic brake(1) and an end portion(2') of an operating bar(2) are aligned. The upper end of an F-shaped link device(3) is fixed on the vertical rear upper end of the bracket. A lower end(7) of the link device is connected with an existing pedal. An end portion(4') of a middle link(4) of the link device is inserted to a cross recess(5) formed in the end portion of the operating bar. The end portion of the operating bar is overlapped with the end portion of the middle link. Thus, the end portion of the operating bar and the end portion of the middle link selectively contact to the end portion of the hydraulic cylinder.
