Abstract

PURPOSE: A rubber sheet is coated with a dipping solution to dry the rubber sheet completely, thereby preventing demolition of the rubber sheet while moving or loading. CONSTITUTION: A rubber sheet forming roller(2), a dipping tank(6), a conveyor belt(7) and a batch off machine(9) for cooling and drying are provided. The forming roller is connected to the dipping tank through a take away belt. A concave portion is formed in the central portion of the dipping roll. An opening portion of the conveyor belt is formed in a corresponding position of the concave portion. A saw tooth of a screw puncher(5) is formed to correspond to the concave portion and the opening portion.

종래에는 믹서에서 배합한 고무시트용 배합물을 롤러나 압축기 롤러를 통해 시트 형태로 배출시키고 계속하여 이 고온의 시트고무를 고무의 달라 붙는 현상을 방지하기 위한 이형효과와 냉각효과를 갖고 있는 디핑용액(dipping solution)의 탱크사이로 통과시킨 다음 최종 냉각기능을 담당하는 배치 오프 머신(Batch Off Machine(BOM)) 사이로 통과시켜 적재했다. 그러나 시트 고무에 도포된 디핑용액을 배치 오프 머신에서 완전히 건조시키지 않고 적재할 경우에는 고무 표면의 이형제로 인하여 미끄러짐 현상이 생기게 됨으로써 고무가 적재 다이에서 미끄러져 무너짐이 발생하게 되며 이에 따라 이의 복구를 위한 작업자의 업무손실과 생산차질을 초래했었다. 즉 디핑용액으로 도포된 시트고무가 배치 오프 머신의 걸개(festoon bar)에 걸리게 될때 상기 디핑용액은 고무의 처진부위에 몰리게 되는데 이때 시트고무가 배치 오프 머신을 통과하여 적재되는 정상적인 작업이 연속해서 이루어질때 까지의 일정시간 내에 배치 오프 머신에 설치된 송풍기의 바람에 건조되지 않은 경우가 많았다. 이와 같은 경우는 배치 오프 머신의 길이가 짧을때 더 많이 발생하게되나 유감스럽게도 작금의 추세는 배치 오프 머신의 길이가 더 짧아지고 있다.Conventionally, a dipping solution having a releasing effect and a cooling effect for discharging a rubber sheet compound blended in a mixer in a sheet form through a roller or a compressor roller and subsequently preventing the high temperature sheet rubber from sticking to the rubber ( It was passed between tanks of dipping solution and then loaded between the batch off machines (BOMs) responsible for the final cooling function.
