Abstract

본 발명의 폴리우레탄을 착색하기 위한 액상의 반응성 착색제 조성물은 바인더 수지로서의 폴리올 20∼80 중량부, 안료 5∼75 중량부, 경화제로서의 디이소시아네이트 0.3∼20 중량부, 촉매 0∼5 중량부, 분산제 0∼10 중량부 및 용매 0∼30 중량부로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따른 액상의 반응성 착색제 조성물은, 바인더 수지로서의 폴리올과 안료를 혼합하여 분산기내에서 안료를 분산시키고, 상기 분산기내에 경화제와 촉매를 넣어 40∼180℃의 온도에서 1∼10 시간동안 반응시키고, 상기 결과 반응물을 분산기 밀(mill)로써 밀링(milling)하고, 그리고 밀링기에서 밀링한 액을 80∼400 메쉬의 필터를 이용하여 여과하여 제조된다. 원하는 농도의 착색제 조성물을 제조하기 위하여 상기 밀링 전 또는 밀링 후에 분산제와 용매를 함께 넣어 용매내에서 상기 착색제 조성물이 고르게 분산되게 한다.The liquid reactive colorant composition for coloring the polyurethane of the present invention comprises 20 to 80 parts by weight of a polyol as a binder resin, 5 to 75 parts by weight of a pigment, 0.3 to 20 parts by weight of a diisocyanate as a curing agent, 0 to 5 parts by weight of a catalyst, and a dispersant.
