Claims (12)
- 양극 기재에 양극 활물질이 도포된 양극과, 세퍼레이터 및 음극 기재에 음극 활물질이 도포된 음극을 함께 권취한 전극롤(20)의 상하부 적어도 어느 한 쪽에 캡(24)(26)이 설치되고, 상기 캡(24)(26)이 설치되는 전극롤(20)과 전해액을 함께 케이스(36)의 내부에 수납하며, 상기 양극과 음극에 각각 리드(38)(40)를 부착하여 케이스(36)의 외부로 인출하고 상기 케이스(36)의 개구를 밀봉하는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은
LiCoO₂ LiNiO₂ LiMn₂O₄ - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 적어도 탄소가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡(24)(26)에는 적어도 하나 이상의 관통구(28)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡(24)(26)의 재질은 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴 플로라이드, 테프론, 스텐인레스, 철 및 알루미늄 중에서 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캡(24)(26)이 상기 전극롤(20)의 양단에 설치될 경우에는 상호 접착용 테이프로 연결되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(36)는 각형 혹은 원형인 캔인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(36)는 열가소성 수지인 고분자 재료 혹은 철인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 유리전이온도는 150℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 녹는점은 200℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 캔의 두께는 0.1 내지 0.5 밀리미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(36)는 파우찌인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
