Claims (3)
- Zn-Ni 합금전기도금용 아연양극을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 평균입자크기가 10-100㎛인 알루미늄:10-30wt%, 염화암모늄:5-15wt% 및 알루미나:55-85wt%로 이루어진 팩분말속에 아연소재를 넣은 후, 온도가 350-420℃ 범위인 불활성 또는 환원성분위기 중에서 유지시켜 알루미늄이 아연소재대비 3-10wt%가 포함되도록 아연-알루미늄 합금을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동태화가 억제되는 아연양극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연소재를 불활성 또는 환원성분위기 중에서 2-3시간 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 부동태화가 억제되는 아연양극의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팩분말은 알루미늄, 염화암모늄 및 알루미나를 볼밀로 20-30rpm의 일정속도로 섞어 형성시키는 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 부동태화가 억제되는 아연양극의 제조방법.
