Claims (2)
- 서로 다른 3개의 파장을 갖는 입사광들을 회절에 의해 각각 제어하기 위한 음향 광학 매질; 상호 분리되어 상기 음향 광학 매질에 본딩된 3개의 트랜듀서; 및 상기 음향 광학 매질에 상기 입사광들을 각각 회절시키는 초음파면이 상기 음향 광학 매질 내에 형성되도록 전기 신호를 제공하는 3개의 구동 회로;를 구비하는 3채널 음향-광 변조기에 있어서,상기 3개의 구동 회로에서 서로 다른 주파주의 전기 신호들을 제공함으로써, 상기 음향 광학 매질 내에서 동일한 입사각을 갖는 상기 서로 다른 3개의 입사광들이 동일한 회절 각도로 회절되어 상기 입사광들의 1차 회절빔들이 평행하게 출사되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 3채널 음향-광 변조기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주파수는 회절 제어하고자 하는 입사광의 파장에 반비례하도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 3채널 음향-광 변조기.
