A cylindrical first damping member(27) is inserted in a bolt accepting slot(25). Plural protrusions are formed in the first damping member(27). A ring-shaped second damping member(35) is installed between the motor fixing portion(19) and the motor bracket(23). The first damping member(27) is transformed inside the bolt accepting slot(25) by combining force of the combining bolt(17). In rotating the driving motor(15), vibration is transferred from the driving motor(15) to the first damping member(27) through the combining bolt(17).
