Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pocket support unit is provided to assemble a pocket support unit integrally with a refrigerator door by inserting the pocket support unit for supporting a pocket guider into a die of the refrigerator door made by blow molding. CONSTITUTION: A pocket support unit(50) is inserted into a die having refrigerator door shape. The pocket support unit is inserted into the die with the connecting end communicated with a cavity formed by the die. The connecting end is in contact with a molding compound and cooled to be formed integrally. The pocket support unit stores article kept in a door pocket. The connecting end of the pocket support unit has male and female shape of a ball joint to be assembled easily without being separated. The molding compound is injected into a sprue of the die to form a refrigerator door integrally with the pocket support unit. Therefore, bad points in molding a pocket support unit of a refrigerator made by blow molding are corrected.
