Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for performing a trunk meter charging method in an exchange is provided to use a trunk between exchanges, and to calculate a communication period according to distances of transmitting/receiving trunks. CONSTITUTION: A transit call processor(31) generates a transit call charging when a transit call is completed. A CDGT(32) collects the generated transit call, and transmits the transit call to a CDR(21). For the transmitted transit call, meter charging data is calculated by using a distance communication time of a transmitting trunk and a receiving trunk.

먼저 101단계에서 ASP 30내의 중계호 처리부 31에서 중계호가 완료되면 과금을 발생시키며, 이 발생된 중계선 과금데이터를 CDGT 32에서 수집한다. 그런후 102단계에서 수집한 호의 종류에 따라 상세과금할 것인지 도수등산 과금할 것인지 판단한다. 이때 상세과금과 도수등산과금을 판단하는 기준을 정하기 위해 현재상태 확인명령은 DIS-RCHA-RM:R;이고, 변경 명령어는 CHG-RCHA-RM;RM={DTL,PPM}[CLTY= {LOCL,TOLL, INTN}]이다. 상세과금으로 판단되면 104단계로 진행하여 특정한 형태로 만들어 3개의 호가 모아지면 도 2의 CDGT 32에서 CDR 21로 전달하여 상세과금을 수행하고 종료한다. 그러나 상기 102단계에서 도수과금으로 판단되면 105단계로 진행하여 발신중계선과 착신 중계선의 거리에 따라 도수과금 코드가 결정되고 휴일 및 통화시간등에 따라 할인율등을 적용하여 한 통화의 주기를 결정한다. 이렇게 결정된 주기는 실제 통화시간을 나누어 도수를 구하게된다.그런후 106단계에서 도 2의 ASP 30에서 발생한 호에 대하여 도수과금을 하게되면 CDR 21은 내부 메모리에 임시로 중계선 번호별로 누적하게 한다. 그리고 107단계에서 CDR 21은 내부 메모리에 저장한 중계선 도수과금 데이터를 일정 주기로 하드디스크 22에 도 4와 같이 누적저장하고 내부 메모리를 클리어 시킨다. 그리고 운용자가 하드디스크 22에 저장된 과금데이터를 마그네틱 테이프(MT) 23으로 덤프하라는 명령을 입력하게 되면 108단계에서 하드디스크 22에 저장되어 있는 과금데이터를 마그네틱 테이프(MT) 23으로 수록되도록 하며, 요구명령에 의해 온라인을 통해 CAMA센터로 전송할 수 있다.First, in step 101, when the relay call is completed in the relay call processing unit 31 in the ASP 30, billing is generated, and the generated relay line charging data is collected in the CDGT 32.
