Description
Claims (1)
- 실린더(1)내에 축선방향으로 일정한 스트로크로 접동가능하게 끼워진 슬리브(3)와, 이 슬리브(3)내의 일단에 고정한 제 1피스톤(4)과, 이 제 1피스톤(4)과 대향한 사이 거리를 갖고 접촉하고, 이 접촉위치보다 슬리브(3)의 타단에 설치된 전진단 스토퍼면(22b)까지 일정한 스트로크로 슬리브(3)내를 접동하는 제 2피스톤(5)과, 이 제 2피스톤(5)을 상기 제 1피스톤(4)에 항상 접촉하는 방향으로 압착부세하는 스프링(6)을 구비하고, 상기 제 2피스톤(5)에는 실린더(1)밖으로 돌출하는 작동축의 일단이 결합되고, 상기 실린더(1)에 제 1피스톤(4)과 제 2피스톤(5)과의 대향면 사이에 압력을 급배하는 제 1포트(8)와, 제 1피스톤(5)과 실린더(1) 내단면 사이에 압력을 급배하는 제 2포트(11)를 설치한 다단계 스트로크 실린더에 있어서, 상기 실린더(1)내에 상기 슬리브(3)의 후퇴단을 규제하는 제 1스토퍼면(21a)과 전진단을 규제하는 제2스토퍼면(21b)을 상기 제 1스토퍼면(21a)과 대향하여 설치하고, 상기 슬리브(3)에는 상기 타단의 전진단 스토퍼면(22b)에 대향하는 후퇴단 스토퍼면(22a)을 형성하며, 상기 제 2피스톤(5)에는 상기 전진단 스토퍼면(22b)과 후퇴단 스토퍼면(22a)에 접촉하는 플랜지부(5a)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 다단계 스트로크 실린더.
