Description
본 발명은 쏠라 카용 밧데리 트레이(TRAY)에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 밧데리에 의해서 발생되는 수직하중을 받는 밧데리 트레이의 강성을 높이면서 경량화시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a battery tray for solar cars (TRAY), and more particularly, to reduce the weight of the battery tray subjected to the vertical load generated by the battery while increasing the rigidity.
최근에 개발 보급되고 있는 쏠라 카는 다수의 밧데리의 장착이 요구되고 있고 이를 효율적으로 적재하는 밧데리 트레이가 설치되어 있고 이 밧데리 트레이는 무거운 밧데리를 장착하기 위해서 강성을 유지시키기 위해 두께를 크게 하여야 했다.Solar cars, which are being developed and distributed in recent years, require mounting a number of batteries, and battery trays are installed to efficiently load them, and the battery trays have to be thickened to maintain rigidity in order to mount heavy batteries.

상기한 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 강성을 높인 판체에 다수의 밧데리를 장착하도록 일정간격으로 간격대를 설치하여 각 밧데리 재치부에 무게를 줄이도록 밧데리의 둘레만 받쳐지도록 통공를 형성하고, 양측에 손잡이를 구성한 밧데리 트레이와, 밀폐수단만 갖도록 둘레까지 씌워지는 커버로 구성하여 밧데리의 수직하중에 유리하도록 한 것이다.In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a through-hole so as to support only the circumference of the battery so as to reduce the weight of each battery placement by installing intervals at regular intervals so as to mount a plurality of batteries on the rigid plate.
