Abstract
본 발명은 좌표입력장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 터치 스크린과 같은 좌표입력장치의 전극을 보다 더 간단하고 용이하게 제작할 수 있도록 된 구조를 갖는 좌표입력장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 좌표입력장치는, 상부패널과 하부 패널을 포함하는 좌표입력장치에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 패널 각각에 상기 좌표입력장치를 동작시키는 전극이 형성되어 있고, 상기 상부 패널과 하부 패널 사이에 소정의 절연층이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 상부 패널의 전극과 하부 패널의 전극을 연결시키는 연결전극이 상기 절연층상에 마련되어 상기 연결전극의 용제성분에 의해 상기 절연잉크층이 에칭되어 이 에칭부분에서 상기 상부 패널의 전극과 하부 패널의 전극이 통전연결되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 좌표입력장치의 제조방법은, 상부 패널 및 하부 패널 각각에 상기 좌표입력장치를 동작시키는 전극을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 하부 패널에 형성된 전극위에 소정의 용제성분에 의해 에칭되는 절연 잉크층을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 절연층상에 상기 상부 패널의 전극과 하부 패널의 전극을 연결시키는 소정의 연결용 전극을 배치하는 단계, 및 상기 연결용 전극의 용제성분에 의해 상기 절연층을 에칭시켜 상기 상부 패널의 전극과 하부 패널의 전극이 통전연결되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a coordinate input device and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a coordinate input device having a structure that can be more simply and easily manufactured electrodes of a coordinate input device such as a touch screen will be.
