Abstract
본 발명은 중공성형용 변성 ABS 수지조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 방향족 모노알케닐 단량체와 무수 말레인산 단량체와 니트릴 부타디엔 고무를 중합시킨 공중합체, 방향족 모노알케닐 단량체, 비닐시안 단량체 및 아크릴산 단량체의 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 산화방지제 등으로 이루어짐으로써, 내후성이 우수하고 경량인 중공성형용 변성 ABS 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a modified ABS resin composition for blow molding, and more particularly, to a copolymer of an aromatic monoalkenyl monomer, a maleic anhydride monomer and a nitrile butadiene rubber, an aromatic monoalkenyl monomer, a vinyl cyan monomer and an acrylic acid monomer. 본 발명은 중공성형용 변성 ABS 수지조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 방향족 모노알케닐 단량체와 무수 말레인산 단량체와 니트릴 부타디엔 고무를 중합시킨 공중합체, 방향족 모노알케닐 단량체, 비닐시안 단량체 및 아크릴산 단량체의 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 산화방지제 등으로 이루어짐으로써, 내후성이 우수하고 경량인 중공성형용 변성 ABS 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a modified ABS resin composition for blow molding, and more particularly, to a copolymer of an aromatic monoalkenyl monomer, a maleic anhydride monomer and a nitrile butadiene rubber, an aromatic monoalkenyl monomer, a vinyl cyan monomer and an acrylic acid monomer. 일반적으로 사출성형품에 비하여 중공성형(Blow-mold)시 대형화, 정밀화된 성형품을 생산하기가 어렵지만 외관측면 때문에 적용분야가 확대되고 있다. 지금까지 개발된 중공성형용 수지로는 제너럴 일렉트릭사의 변성 폴리프로필렌 옥사이드가 있으나, 내후성이 취약하고 선팽창계수가 커서 마운팅부에 크랙 발생이 우려된다. 따라서, 이를 이용해서는 디자인의 자유도를 상실할 수 있게 되고 부품두께가 과도하게 증가된다.In general, compared to injection molded products, it is difficult to produce large-sized and precise molded products at blow-mold, but the field of application is expanding due to the appearance.
