Abstract
본 발명은 기아드모타와 감속기가 내장되어 있는 몸체가 있고 그 위에는 흡착회 전테이블이 있으며 그 옆으로는 그라인딩휠과 휠모타가 장착된 휠헤드가 괸절보에 설치 되어 있어서 판유리를 흡착회전테이블에 흡착한 후 서서히 회전시키면서 휠헤드를 판유리쪽으로 전진시켜 판유리의 외곽단면을 경사지게 면취(그라인딩)하는 기존의 판유리 변형면취기에 있어서 회전하는 상기 판유리의 외곡단면이나 외곽밑면에 센싱롤라 또는 받침롤라를 접촉시켜 회전하는 상기 롤라를 이용하여 판유리의 회전선속도를 간지하고, 고무 0-링(벨트)으로 엔코더에 회전력을 보내고 엔코더에서는 이를 펄스신호로 스피드메타에 전달하여 사전에 설정된 면취진행요구선속도와 비교하여 기어드모터를 제어하고 판유리 회전을 변화시켜 면취진행 선속도를 정속으로 유지하는 것으로서 작업자가 원하는 최적의 면취진행 선속도를 자동으로 일정하게 유지하여, 경사면의 면취가공상태를 매끄럽고, 곱게 광택나는 양질로 면취된 판유리를 생산하며, 판유리 면취가공 공정시간도 단축시키고 작업능률을 향상시키며 작업을 편리하게 진행할수 있는 효과를 제공하는 판유리 변형 면취기의 면취진행선속도 정속유지 방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention has a body in which a geared motor and a gear reducer are installed, and an adsorption rotation table is disposed on the side thereof, and a wheel head equipped with a grinding wheel and a wheel motor is installed at the inner side, and the plate glass is installed on the adsorption rotation table.
