The present invention provides an aerobic biofilm contact material for efficient treatment of sewage and wastewater including organic matters and a smooth flow of air to the biofilm and the efficiency of sedimentation basin, and the downflow type aerobic organisms which can simplify piping and reduce the land area. The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment apparatus in which a contact tower and a sedimentation basin are mixed.
Conventional similar devices include spraying water, but this is uneconomically disadvantageous due to low height and relatively large area due to air supply problems.
In order to increase the height and supply the air necessary for the biofilm, an input loss is generated by the biofilm contact tank with respect to the air flow, and the already supplied air is transferred to the upper portion, which cannot be used for the growth of microorganisms and the treatment of wastewater. In many cases, there is a problem that a very complex device must be installed at the bottom of the reaction tank in order to exclude such a phenomenon and smoothly exclude the treated water introduced from the upper side and passed through the biofilm contact tank.
Therefore, the present invention is to provide a sufficient air supply by installing the aerobic biofilm contact material below the water surface to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and by designing the contact material and the settling tank as a single reaction tank to shorten the sewage and wastewater treatment time and treatment Increasing the efficiency and slanting the bottom of the sedimentation tank to avoid the blockage of the pipeline due to the overflow of the sludge was created to handle the sludge smoothly.
Hereinafter, the configuration and the effect of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The biocontact material (2) is installed on the inner upper end of the biocontact tower (1), and the bottom is provided with a settling tank (3) formed at the bottom of the inclined surface (3a), and air is supplied to the lower one side of the biocontact material (2). The device 4 is installed, and the wearware 5 is formed at one side of the settling tank 3 to be discharged to the clean water discharge port 6, and the sludge discharge device 7 is discharged to the sludge discharge port 8 on the inclined surface 3a. It is a structure that can be done.
In the present invention as described above, the principle of the wastewater treatment device is introduced into the settling tank 3 while contacting the biological contact material 2 while the wastewater flowing into the upper portion of the biological contact tower 1 flows downward. The air supply device 4 is operated to supply oxygen to the microorganisms attached to the biocontact material 2, and the supply air, which has to flow in the opposite direction due to the wastewater flowing downward to the biocontact material 2, can escape to the lower part. To prevent this, the biological contact material (2) is installed below the water level of the settling tank (3) to prevent the leakage of the supply air due to natural head.
And the wastewater flowing down from the upper portion of the biological contact team (1) is treated through the biocontact material (2) and collected in the sedimentation tank (3) and the material capable of sedimentation by gravity, such as sludge contained in the treated water is Since gravity is naturally collected on the bottom slope 3a of the settling tank 3, sludge discharge is facilitated.
After that, the clean water is discharged to the clean water outlet 6 through the overflowware 5 for preventing the horizontal flow rate and turbulent flow of the water surface.
The sludge accumulated on the bottom slope 3a is collected by the sludge discharge device 7 by the sludge discharge device 7, and the collected sludge can be discharged at any time through the discharge port 8.
Therefore, in the present invention, the contact tank and the settling tank are designed as a single reaction tank, which not only reduces the land area, but also shortens the wastewater treatment time, increases the treatment efficiency, and eliminates the blockage of the pipeline by overflowing the settling tank using the bottom slope. And by installing aerobic biofilm contact material below the surface of the water to solve the problem of insufficient aeration and sufficient air supply has the effect of increasing the efficiency of the sedimentation basin.
