Claims (5)
- 송신모드일 때 제1레벨, 수신모드일 때 제2레벨로 발생되는 송수신 시분할 제어신호에 응답하여 송신 혹은 수신을 스위칭하는 송수신 시분할 스위치와, 송시한 데이터를 전달받아 채널에 맞게 1차 주파수 신호를 발생하는 1차 주파수 합성부와, 상기 1차 주파수 합성부에서 출력되는 신호와 믹싱되어질 2차 주파수 신호를 발생하는 2차 송신주파수 합성부를 구비한 디지털 무선 송수신기에 있어서, 상기 송수신 시분할 제어신호를 입력하는 제어신호 입력부와, 상기 송수신 시분할 제어신호가 수신모드를 타나낼 때, 상기 2차 송신주파수 합성부의 내부에 있는 발진회로와 체배회로 사이의 신호 전달 경로를 강제로 차단하는 차단부로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 수신 감도 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단부가 발진주파수의 레벨을 제어하는 핀다이오드로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수신 감도 보호회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차단부가, 상기 발진회로에 베이스가 접속된 트랜지스터와, 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스로 흐르는 전류의 양을 제어하기 위한 전류량제어 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수신 감도 보호회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전류량 제어수단이 상기 송수신 시분할 제어신호에 의해 저항값이 바뀌어 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스로 흐르는 전류의 량을 제어하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 수신 감도 보호회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전류량 제어수단이, 한 단자가 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스로 접속된 제1저항과, 한 단자가 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스에 접속되며 상기 제1저항 보다 작은 값을 갖는 제2저항과, 상기 제1 및 제2 저항의 다른 단자에 접속되며, 상기 송수신 시분할 제어신호의 제1레벨에서 상기 제2저항 쪽으로, 제2레벨에서 상기 제1저항 쪽으로 접속상태가 스위칭되는 스위치로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수신 감도 보호회로.
