본 고안은 자동차용 차임버저(CHIME BUZZER)의 음질개선구조에 관한 것으로서, 자동차 판넬 내측으로 삽입 설치되는 차임버저의 경고음이 엔진 및 기타 주변기기의 작동으로 인해 발생되는 소음과 혼합되지 않도록 하여 음질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로, 이를위해 본 고안은 자동차의 외측판넬(1)과 대향 설치되는 내측판넬(2)에 형성된 툴링 홀(2a)로 설치되는 차임버저(3)에 있어서, 툴링 홀(2a)에 중앙부로 차임버저(3)의 경고음이 토출될 수 있도록 토출공(5a)이 형성된 도어(5)가 회동설치되며, 양측으로는 대향되게 걸림편(4a)이 형성되며 그 일측단부로는 체결공(4b)이 형성된 블랭킹커버(4)가 삽입설치되고, 상기 툴링 홀(2a)의 일측연부로는 소리를 차페할 수 있도록 패드(6)가 부설되며 상기 블랭킹 커버(4) 내측으로는 하단부로 결합공(3a)이 구비된 상기 차임버저(3)를 삽입하여 체결부재(7)로 고정설치하여 구성된 것이다.The present invention relates to the sound quality improvement structure of the chime BUZZER for automobiles, and improves the sound quality by preventing the warning sound of the chime buzzer inserted into the automobile panel from being mixed with the noise generated by the operation of the engine and other peripheral devices.
