본 발명은 전자렌지의 조리진행 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 특히, 도어를 열고 닫으면, 중량감지에 의거하여 조리를 시작할 것인지와, 조리를 계속할 것인지를 판단하여 조리진행을 제어함으로써, 시작키 없이도 자동으로 조리진행을 제어할 수 있도록 한 전자렌지의 조리진행 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 전자렌지에는 시작키가 구비되어 있고 조리를 시작하는 경우와 중간에 도어를 열고 닫은 경우에 시작키를 눌러야 조리진행이 이루어지도록 되어 있었다. 종래 전자렌지의 경우 소비자가 어떤 음식물을 조리하고자 할 때에 먼저 도어를 열고 피가열물을 조리실내에 넣고, 도어를 닫은후, 원하는 조리버튼(예; 밥, 피자, 찌개, 데우기등등)을 누르고, 시작버튼을 누르는 순서로 조리를 진행하였다. 또한, 조리중에 조리상태를 확인 하기 위하여 도어를 열었을 경우에는, 도어를 닫은후 다시 시작버튼을 눌러주어야만 조리진행이 계속되었다. 따라서, 종래 전자렌지에서는 조리를 진행시키기 위해서 반드시 시작키를 눌러야만 조리진행이 이루어지기 때문에 매우 불편하였다. 또한, 종래에는 어린이등이 실수로 조리실내에 음식물을 넣지 않은 상태에서 전자렌지를 조작하여 시작키를 누르게 되면, 무부하 상태에서 발진이 이루어지므로, 전자렌지 세트에 손상을 줄 우려가 있고, 또한, 조리중일때에 도어를 열고 음식물을 꺼내거나 조리를 더 진행시킬 필요가 없는 경우에는 반드시 취소키를 눌러야만 조리중단이 되므로, 매우 불편하였다. 본 발명은 이와같은 종래 문제점을 방지하기 위해서 중량센서를 이용하여 조리실내에 적당량 이상의 조리물이 있는 경우에 자동으로 조리진행을 제어함으로써, 조작을 간편히 할 수 있도록 한 전자렌지의 조리진행 제어방법을 제공함에 목적이 있다. 이와같은 본 발명의 목적은, 도어가 열리고 닫히는지를 판단하는 단계와, 도어가 열리고 닫힌 후 조리키가 입력된 상태이면, 조리물의 중량을 감지하는 단계와, 그 감지된 중량이 자동조리와 수동조리에 따른 조리진행에 필요한 최소중량 이상인지를 비교하여 무부하인지를 판별하는 단계와, 무부하가 아닌 경우에 조리를 시작하여 조리진행을 하고, 조리진행중에 도어가 열리고 닫혔는지를 판단하는 단계와, 조리진행중에 도어가 열리고 닫힌 경우에 중량을 감지하여 무부하 중량 이상인지를 판단하는 단계와, 조리진행에 필요한 무부하 중량 이하인 경우에는 조리를 중단하고, 무부하 중량 이상인 경우에 정상적으로 조리를 진행시키는 단계를 수행하도록 함으로써, 달성되는 것으로, 이와같은 본 발명에 의하면, 시작키를 누르지 않아도 자동으로 조리키만을 눌러 조리선택을 해두면 무부하가 아닌 상태에서 조리진행이 이루어지므로, 사용상에 편리한 잇점이 있는 것이다. 이하, 본 발명에 의한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조해서 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 제1도는 본 발명에 의한 조리진행 제어를 위한 전자렌지의 제어블록도로서, 이에 도시된 바와같이 통상의 마이컴 제어기능을 가진 전자렌지에 있어서, 전자렌지의 조리조작을 위한 키보드(1)와, 조리제어를 위한 각종 감지를 위한 센서부(2)와, 상기한 키보드(1)의 키입력 및 상기 센서부(2)의 감지신호에 의거하여 전자렌지의 조리제어를 하는 마이컴(3)과, 그 마이컴(3)의 제어에 의해 조리설정 및 조리제어상태 등을 표시하는 표시부(4)와, 상기 마이컴(3)의 제어에 의해 조리제어에 필요한 각종 부하들을 구동시키는 부하 구동부(5)를 포함하여 구성된다. 이와같이 구성된 전자렌지에서 본 발명에 의한 조리진행 제어방법은, 제2도에 도시된 바와같이 파워온 상태에서 도어가 열리고 닫히는지를 판단하는 단계를 수행하여 조리물이 조리실내에 넣어지는지를 판단한다. 이어서 도어가 열리고 닫힌후 조리키가 입력되었는지를 판단하여 조리키가 입력된 경우에 조리물의 중량을 감지하는 단계를 수행한다. 이어서 감지된 조리물의 중량을 감지 데이터(DATA1)로 저장하고, 그 감지된 중량이 자동조리와 수동조리에 따른 조리진행에 필요한 최소중량 이상인지를 비교하여 무부하인지를 판별하는 단계를 수행하는데, 자동조리인 경우에는 조리키에 해당되는 최소 시작가능 중량데이타(DATA2)를 로딩하고, 무부하 데이터(DATA3)를 로딩시킨후, 상기 감지된 중량데이타(DATA1)와 상기 최소중량 데이터(DATA2)를 비교하여 감지된 중량데이타(DATA1)가 큰 경에에만 조리진행을 하며, 자동조리가 아닌 경우에는 무부하 데이터(DATA3)를 로딩하여 상기한 감지된 중량데이타(DATA1)와 비교하고, 감지된 중량데이타(DATA1)가 큰경우에만 조리진행을 한다. 즉, 현재 조리물의 중량(DATA1)이 무부하 판단 중량(DATA2;자동조리시, DATA3; 수동조리시)보다 큰 경우에만 조리진행을 하고, 무부하인 경우에는 에러 표시를 하고, 조리를 중단한다. 또한, 조리진행시에 도어가 열리고 닫혔는지를 판단하여 도어가 열리고 닫힌 경우에 중량을 감지하여 조리진행에 필요한 무부하 중량(DATA3) 이상인지를 판단하는 단계를 수행하여 조리진행에 필요한 무부하 중량 이하인 경우에는, 조리를 중단하고, 무부하 중량 이상인 경우에만 정상적으로 조리를 진행시키는 단계를 수행한다. 한편, 조리시작시와 조리진행중인 경우에 도어가 열리고 닫히면, 트레이 모터를 구동하고 모터가 안정될 수 있는 시간동안 지연한 후에 조리물의 중량을 감지하도록 함으로써, 중량감지 에러를 줄여 신뢰성을 높이도록 한다. 이상에서 상세히 설명한 바와같이 본 발명에 의하면, 조리시작키를 누르지 않아도 조리물의 중량이 무부하 판단 기준 이상의 중량이면 자동으로 조리진행을 시키므로, 조작이 간편해져 사용상에 편리한 잇점이 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a cooking process control method of a microwave oven, and in particular, when the door is opened and closed, the cooking process is controlled by determining whether to start cooking based on the weight detection and whether to continue cooking, thereby automatically without a start key.
