Abstract
본 고안은 정수기용 세라믹 필터 여과방식 시스템에 관한 것으로 특히 아파타이트 복합 세라믹 필터를 이용하여 거치형 정수기 장치에 관한 것으로서 아파타이트 복합 세라믹 필터(2)를 출발로 하여 활성탄(4), 제올라이트(5), 아황상칼슘(6), 맥반석(7a)과 자석(7)의 각종 충진물을 장입한 여과통로를 통과시킴으로서 통과되는 물을 여과시키는 것이다.The present invention relates to a ceramic filter filtration system for water purifiers, and more particularly, to a stationary water purifier device using an apatite composite ceramic filter, starting with an apatite composite ceramic filter (2), activated carbon (4), zeolite (5), and sulfurous phase. 본 고안은 세라믹 필터 여과식 정수기의 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 아파타이트 복합 세라믹 필터를 이용하여 층층이 거치는 형의 정수기 구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a structure of a ceramic filter filtration water purifier, and more particularly, to a water purifier structure of a type in which a layer layer passes through an apatite composite ceramic filter.
종래의 정수기용 여과구조에 있어서는 거의 언더싱크 형으로 2개 이상의 하우징을 이용하여 복합식 모델로 몇 단계의 여과 계통을 경유하는 구조로서 사용하고 있었다. 또한 정수기의 여과방식으로서는 역삼투막 방식, 침투막 또는 이온교환막을 이용하는 방식이며, 이러한 방식은 미네랄원소부족, 탈수현상, 중금속물질이 제거되지 않는 결점이 있었다.In the conventional filtration structure for water purifiers, it was used as a structure which passes through several stages of filtration systems in a composite model using two or more housings in almost undersink type. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 아파타이트 복합 세라믹 필터(4)는 다공질의 수산아파타이트와 규조토의 무기물질으로 구성되어 Cd2+, Pb2+, Zn2+등의 중금속의 제거와 세균 및 미생물의 고정화를 시키며, 활성탄(5) 층에서는 악취 및 유기물이 제거, 제올라이트(6) 층에서는 암모니아 이온 및 잔류 염소의 제거의 아황산칼슘(7) 층에서는 미네랄의 용출과 칼슘이온의 발생에 의해 약알카리성으로 조정, 맥반석(9) 층과 자석(8)에서는 자연에 가까운 미네랄 워터 역할과 강력한 자력에 의해 자화수로 변화시킨다.The apatite composite ceramic filter 4 is composed of a porous apatite and diatomaceous earth inorganic material to remove heavy metals such as Cd 2+ , Pb 2+ and Zn 2+ , and to remove bacteria and microorganisms.
