Abstract

본 고안은 컵의 외관을 미려하게 하기 위하여 본체의 외벽에 스테인리스 스틸(Stainless steel)제 외피(外皮)를 결합하여서 된 컵에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 본체(1)와 외피(2)를 접착제로 접착시켜 이에 뜨거운 물을 넣을 경우 접착제가 녹아 외피(2)와 본체(1)의 결착이 이완되는 일이 있고, 이와같은 상태에서 보온병의 나사부에 컵의 나사부를 결합시키기 위하여 외피(2)를 잡고 컵을 회전시키면 본체(1)와 내피(2)가 분리되는 일이 있었으며, 또한 본체(1)와 외피(2)의 접착불량 또는 접차제의 누출로 인한 제품의 품위 손상 등의 염려가 있었던 바, 본 고안은 본체(1)와 외피(2)를 결합시킴에 있어서, 종래에 있어서와 같이 그 결착수단으로서 접착제를 사용하지 아니하고, 그 결착수단을 외피(2)의 테두리에 형성시킨 미늘로 구성시키므로서 외피(2)를 본체(1)에 강제로 밀어 넣으면 미늘로 인하여 본체(1)가 외피(2)로부터 이탈되지 아니하게하고, 컵에 뜨거운 물을 넣는다하여 종래에 있어서와 같이 접착제가 녹아 본체와 외피가 분리될 염려가 없으며 본체와 외피의 결합을 위하여 접착제를 일정량 투여하여야 하는 어려움이 없이 단지 본체를 외피의 내부로 밀어 넣기만 하면 결합되게 하여 제조비용을 크게 절감할 수 있게 한 것임.The present invention relates to a cup made by combining a stainless steel outer shell on the outer wall of the main body in order to enhance the appearance of the cup.
